How do I find my best footwear size?
We offer a sizing guide on all our footwear, for your convenience. Our Footwear sizing is always displayed in US sizes. Some models like the Adidas Yeezy and the Nike React Phantom offer a tigher than normal fit.
The item I'm after is SOLD OUT. Can I be notified when it restocks?
Due to the nature this industry, many of our products may be limited in stock, dead stock or may sell out quickly. We will always seek to source and restock these as quickly as possible, however there is unfortunately no guarantee thereof. In order to keep tabs on all restocks, be sure to follow @nevermiss.au on instagram, ensuring to check our stories each morning.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like edit or alter your order, it's essential that you contact us as soon as possible at orders@nevermiss.au prior to your order being despatched/shipped.
How long do pre orders take to ship?
In most cases, approx. 2 weeks. In a lot of circumstances they are fulfilled earlier.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns on items that are in new, unused condition and returned within 28 days of purchase.
Free in-store returns
You can return your order to any of our 5+ Never Miss stores completely free of charge. No restocking fee applies.
Postal returns
If you’re unable to visit one of our stores, you can also return your order by post. You can purchase a return shipping label through our website for $12.95, which makes the return process quick and easy.
There is no restocking fee for postal returns, and any approved store credit issued never expires.
