Shipping Policy

At Never Miss, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped from our Sydney store network, helping us get your favourite sneakers and streetwear on their way sooner.

Shipping Rates

• Orders $200 and over: FREE shipping

• Orders under $200: $7.50 shipping

Shipping is currently available within Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Your order will be dispatched from the Sydney store holding the stock closest to your delivery address, where possible.

In rare cases, an order containing multiple items may need to be consolidated at one store before it can be dispatched. This can happen when all items in your order are not available at the same location. If this is required, it may add approximately 3–5 business days to the dispatch time frame.

We do this so your items can be sent together in one shipment rather than arriving separately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use these details to follow your parcel's progress through Australia Post or the relevant delivery carrier.

Please allow time for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier's service. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is subject to the carrier's estimated transit times.

Please note that the dispatch time frame refers to the time it takes us to prepare and send your order, not the total delivery time.
